Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawPack ("the Service"), operated by ClawPack ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawPack provides a hosted platform for deploying OpenClaw AI assistant instances to messaging channels including Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, and managed infrastructure.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

When using "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) mode, you are responsible for your own API keys and their associated costs. We encrypt credentials at rest but are not liable for charges incurred through third-party AI providers.

7. Availability & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawPack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
